and you finish in the top 20 points standings at any of these leagues, you are invited to participate in the 2017 Freestate
Doubles Finale CHAMPIONS Division

Schedule:
8:30 am – 9:15 am player check in
9:15 - 9:30 teams drawn by individual leagues
9:35 mandatory players meeting
10:00 round one starts
please check in as soon as you arrive and before warming up. I would like to get everyone checked in as quickly as possible.
The event will be capped at 72 players
Raffle:
Following the first round there will be a RAFFLE with tons of great raffle prizes $1 per ticket*
You must enter to play Proceeds will be added to the payout
CHAMPIONS DIVISION INFORMATION
One round of 18 holes, plus a final 9 after a cut to include just the top half of the field.
Entry fee: $10.00
after paying unsponsored overhead costs, any money left over will go toward the payout
Ace Pot:
(optional) $1.00
if no aces are hit during the first round, the ace pot money will be rolled into the payout
Notes:
• Teams will be randomly drawn by individual course (league) and it will be done in groups of four starting with the highest finishers first. For example (Calvert Sundays), players 1 – 4 would be randomly drawn among each other, and then players 5 - 8, and so on. As we near the bottom of the list, it might be necessary to perform the last draw with 6 players instead of four.
• All teams will play holes 1 – 18 during the first round.
• After the first round is complete there will be a short break to check the scorecards, and at this point 50% of the field will move on to a final nine and the other 50% will be eliminated.
• The holes to be played for the final nine will be determined later.
• After the final nine and after the scorecards have been checked, the top 50% of the group that made the cut will qualify for the payout.
• The payout will be done utilizing the PDGA pay table.
Trophy Discs will be awarded to the first through third place teams.
The annual trophy disc award will be presented to the league points leader (points per event in any given league)
A trophy disc will be awarded for the winner of the CTP contest (CTP hole position TBD)
FIELD DIVISION INFORMATION
Anyone who hasn’t qualified to participate in the Champions division is invited to participate in the 2017 Freestate Doubles Finale FIELD Division.

One round of 18 holes
Field Division entry will go 100% toward the payout for the first through third place teams (depending on turnout, pay to 2 teams for 12-15 players, pay to 3 teams for 16+ players)
there will not be an Ace Pot
*Total event entry will be limited to 72 players (Champion and Field divisions)
