Dear all, please don't forget that this weekend is the Sunday Devotional playoffs start, and also the qualifier round for seeding of the Pittsburgh Challenge Ladder playoffs. Based off the current tags, and number of rounds played, the top 16 who are automatically in the playoffs are as follows.

The top 16 will still need to play this weekend to determine their seed in the bracket as well. Entry fee into the Sunday devotional is required, and the cost is the normal $5 unless you want it to be PDGA rated or want in on the Ace pot. The ace pot is capped at $200 right now. As of the end of the day tomorrow, all tags are locked and no additional matches will be accepted. At that time, everyone MUST send me their current tag number as the site is not updated due to people not entering matches.

The top 16 players will get a bye for the first week of the playoffs. Any player who has not played at least 10 matches (according to the official site) will automatically be bumped down and the next lowest tag with at least 10 matches will be bumped up.

On Sunday November 1st at 10 am, the remaining 34 players will play a 1 round qualifier at knob hill and the best 16 scores will move into the final playoff bracket with 32 players and will be seeded according to that rounds scores within the positions 17 - 32. The remaining 18 players have the option to buy their 2016 challenge ladder tag position at that time for the place that they finish within the 33-50 range. ANY PLAYER WHO CANNOT ATTEND THIS DATE MUST ARRANGE A DATE TO PLAY WITH ME PRIOR TO THIS DATE AT KNOB HILL FROM THE BLUE TEES! Anyone who does not make this date, or arrange a prior date with me, will be moved to the end of the ladder.

On November 1st and 10 am, the top 16 will also be playing to determine their playoff seed as well. Any player in the top 16 who does not make it to that date will be automatically seeded at the last of the top 16 with ties based on prior tag position at year end.

Players will have 2 weeks to play their first 2 matches of the playoffs in a head to head skins match format. All playoff matches are to be played as 18 hole matches and will be played from the long tees at the location selected by the lower seeded player. Shorter tees can be played if both players agree to do so.

After each match, you must send Jeremiah Libby a message of the results and to learn your next opponent. If a player loses in the first 2 rounds of the playoffs, they will be placed in the 2016 challenge ladder at the position in which they lost in the playoffs.

On Sunday November 15th at 10 am at knob hill, the final 8 will play 2 rounds for the playoffs to get the final 2 players. In this round, a consolation bracket will be created for anyone losing to determine final ladder rank for the year (e.g. to determine 3rd and 4th place).

The finals will be played on November 21st at 10 am at knob hill.

When posting a head to head match play round, post the number of holes won. When posting a round with multiple opponents, you MUST play raw scores for determining results. In this case enter each player along with there respective scores and the site will adjust the tags. Ties always go to the lower tag as you have to legitimately beat them to take that tag from them!
