1st Annual Tribal Gathering registration is open!! Register early for a chance to win a free Rise of the Phoenix Firebird!! First 25 to reg will be entered into a drawing to win. First 25 will also have the option to reserve a Firebird if they choose. Lots of CTPs and Long putt prizes will also be awarded and a jumbo toss will follow the second round. Fun event!! A3 Disc DOUBLES LEAGUE!!! The Gulch September 14th Sign Up Now
Starting Sept 14th 2013 Saturday at 4:00pm

One Time Fee $15

@ Merrill Park West - The Gulch $2 pay-to-play will be enforced.

The league will be managed by George Roberts, Matt Roberts and John Reifschneider.

Accepting Cashless Pre-reg Field will be limited to 72 players.

Player Pack for League Signup Includes:

1 Club Stamped Disc
1 Club Membership Card to A3disc which includes provided discounts to Cjs and our other sponsors.


An Amazing Trophy for first place.

Random Doubles, Forced Cali, Shotgun Start, Optional Ace Pool, Optional 50/50 CTP, and Point System Doubles.

Random Doubles - Random Draw Doubles, meaning each player will be setup with a random partner each week a that partner may be of any skill level.

Forced Cali - If you are playing Cali (California) you will be allowed to take an optional extra TEE shot on every hole, if a Cali player decided to take the extra shot they will be FORCED to use there extra shot and abandon there first tee shot. Cali will only be offered to the odd man out if attendance is not available to make a full 2 person team.

Shotgun Start - Each player will meet up at 4:00pm to be drawn for there random partner, following there team assignment they may find a group to select to go to their assigned hole. Once you have a 4 player group come up and meet us to get a scorecard and receive your start hole assignment.

Optional Ace Pool $2 - Players who have bought in to the Ace Pool that week, during there schedule league round hit an ace (hole in one) on any hole they will be paid the 100% payout of the current collected ace pool. If no aces are made in that week the ace pool is carried to the follow weeks league. If multiple players hit an ace then they will be paid out 100% and given the option to split the ace pool or shot off for as the players see fit.

Optional 50/50 CTP $1 - Each week player will have the option to buy into a 50/50 closest to the pin pool. 50% collected will be payed to the player who shoots closest or aces the CTP hole while 50% will be donated to A3 course development fund.

Point System Double - A3 will be using a new style of points system dubbed PSD, thanks to the assistance of Scott Sprow for all the help to develop our new scoring system.

Each week players will receive points based on the following rules:

(1) point for attendance

(2) points for each team the players team beats in strokes that week

(5) points for a single player who aces

Sunday July 28th the opening of the Hamburg Twp. course (The course is on discgolfscene already. on Merrill road south of M36 in there sports complex. very unique course in the hilly terrain. Brought to you by A3disc.
Also we are in need of the loan or gift of new or used discs for the clinics planned for all the new/potential disc golfers we expect at the mark ellis clinic which starts at 130PM using one of the adjacent soccer fields.
Free side games, free disc golf be one of the first to check out this new gem of a course.
We are also collecting beer caps for a few special projects if you would like to turn some in. or begin collecting them for a good use.

At lakeshore you can play with 1 other league member for the round to count. hudson is 2 other members, those rounds not played with the appropriate number of league member witnessed will no longer be accepted, sorry.
