A little slushy out at Willow but didn't affect the turn out. 28 players showed up this week and still no ace. Daemon and Bill Hornyak took the CTP's with Bill cashing big and hitting both the 50/50 and the 100%. The leaderboard is tight this year with Sam still edging out Jimmy and Bill by less than 10 points.

After some comments and conversations we will be heading out to Ypsilanti to join some local friends for good times and golf at Rolling Hills this Sunday. I will be out for both rounds and hope a lot ... show more ›

After some comments and conversations we will be heading out to Ypsilanti to join some local friends for good times and golf at Rolling Hills this Sunday. I will be out for both rounds and hope a lot of Moose will do the same. Let's all get out there and support Ypsi Dubs Church League and we should have a great turn out for Moose league afterwards. One of the Ann Arbor clubs is running a tourny at Willow next Sunday and although I believe we should still be able to play there I was wondering if anyone was interested in moving the league to another course for this week only. Willow has been phenomenal for winter golf this year but if anyone would like to play at another course for dubs next Sunday please post in the talk section.

The rain held off and allowed for the course doubles record to be broken by Daemon Stahlin and Bill Hornyak with a -21. Congrats to both players for breaking the old record and a shout out to Adam Schneider for acing hole 22. Thanks to everyone for coming out and it was a blast as usual and I look forward to seeing everyone next week.

The first week of the official start to the Night Moose Winter League will be held at Willow. Congratulations to Sam Smith for being the winner of the summer league. I look forward to seeing all the Moose out in the cold this upcoming winter and would like to give a Night Moose shout out to a lot of guys for helping me out with leagues and other events that have been going on in the area. I would like to thank Foz Miller and Matt Schooley from Ypsi dubs for everything they have been doing for the points series and also other great events in the area. A HUGE shout out to Stratford, Martinelli, Manard, Jimmy Bates and Gabe for all the help with course maintenance the last couple months. All the hard work has paid off big time! Thanks for all the players that show up to support the league and the sport of disc golf.
