Join us for a festive evening following the Whitehall Disc Golf Ace Race. The Whitehall Disc Golf Club will have our Summer League party at Funanbashi (next door to the Whitehall course) We will be grilling up some good eats and tailgating for the MSU/UM game, and then we will have a CTP-Race at the Funabashi Course at dark. (I will have plenty of lights on hand) Same rules as Ace Race, but you get a point for CTP as well.
I will also have some prizes to give out to league members for various accomplishments.
Rumor has it that Bret Bryant will be providing a few fresh Salmon slabs to grill; we'll also have burgers, brats, dogs, and misc other morsels. Feel free to bring a dish to pass or something to throw on the grill.
Camping is encouraged if you are going to be drinking; there is plenty of space to set up.
You do not need to be a league member, club member, or Ace Race participant to partake.
One thing I can guarantee, it will be fun......and another rumor is that Robbies Roulette table may have made its way to the Funabashi Lodge, yikes.
One last comment, I am thinking about starting the Ace Race an hour earlier so that we can enjoy the big game that starts at 3:30. Any thoughts?
