Good Morning Everyone! With the incoming storm dumping an expected 2-4 inches (up to 5 locally) on us this afternoon - evening, I am preemptively cancelling the round for tonight. At best it sounds like a miserable time, at worst we could have dangerous course & driving conditions. The construction going north on 127 to Sleepy will 100% turn into a lake. I have updated the UDisc event to note the cancellation and a post has gone up on FB as well.

Makeup round for both A&B Pool is already up and will go live tomorrow - next Tuesday. Reminder that you need to have at least 3 league players on your card to play your makeup round. Thanks everyone, stay dry!

Good Evening Everyone, A Pool was able to complete their round, but B pool was not so lucky. The round was called at roughly 8pm, and I will be posting a makeup round for B Pool.

What this means - per the league rules you have a few options: If you started your round and had to leave due to the weather, you can pick up your round and continue from the last hole you completed and finish your round. If you have completed your round previous to the cancellation, you can keep your score. OR, if you would prefer to play a new round, you can participate in the makeup round that will be posted after this message is posted. If you play the makeup round, that will be your score for this week, you cannot have completed the original round, then play the makeup round and keep the better of the two scores. For A Pool - here is the OB List, it will also be reflected in the UDisc app.

Hole 1: Inside the wooden box surrounding the transformer on the left side of the fairway
Hole 2: Road and over right
Hole 3: No OB
Hole 4: Over the fence outside of the park
Hole 6: Sand Trap
Hole 7: NOTE - SAND TRAP IS NOT OB - this part of the course is a bit of a mess and undefined, so no OB here
Hole 8: Road and over right, surrounded by water left
Hole 9: Road and over right
Hole 10: Road and over right
Hole 11: Sand trap in hole 15's fairway
Hole 13: Sand trap
Hole 15: Sand trap
Hole 17: Play as island green with hazard rules - if you do not make the Island off the tee, play your lie where it lands with one penalty stroke.
Hole 18: Road and over right, Sand of volleyball pit

For B Pool playing Tadpole, please use OB as defined by the signage at the park.

Thanks Everyone for a great week 1 kickoff to the season! A couple reminders: While I will be transcribing scores from UDisc into Disc Golf Scene after rounds, no points will be awarded until after signup closes on 5/20 to allow for all division sizes to be set in stone so I know how many points go in each division.

If you have not paid your league dues, you have until 5/20 to pay via PayPal to [email redacted] - or arrange cash payment. Ace pools will also be paid out after the payoff cutoff, as I need an accurate count of how much to increment the ace pool by for each pool each week.

Speaking of aces, we had week 1 aces in both pools! Nathan Lindley aced hole 2 at GLCC for A Pool and Patrick Turcotte aced hole 13 on Renegade's Trail for B Pool. Nice work!

Next week A Pool will be playing Burchfield Park - Renegades Trail - CCR Glow layout, & B Pool will be playing Tadpole. I'll do a larger post about that shortly.
