About this league
We're hosting another women's league on Thursday nights leading up to our Womens Tournament on June 29th!

DATES: Thursday May 29, June 5, June 12, June 19, and June 26
Play one or all weeks!
TIME: Beginning at 6:15 p.m.
LOCATION: 2090 Hammonds Plains Road, next to/behind Vernon's Diner. Meet in the parking lot.
WHO: All women, girls and gender diverse friends (children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian – male guardians welcome). NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - all skill levels welcome.
FORMAT: We play doubles (see 'how it works' below). You can bring a friend to play with or come as a single and we will pair you with someone! We encourage everyone to play with new groups each week.
HOW IT WORKS: Best shot doubles. Each partner throws a shot off the tee and then as a group, you choose which disc to play from next and repeat until the disc is in the basket. Show up at 6:15 p.m. for pairings and then each group will be assigned a different hole to start at. We play 9 holes (front 9 or back 9) each week and alternate the following week.
COST & GOODIES: Free! We have an extremely generous disc golf community and sponsors who have donated weekly raffle prize draws, including a weekly gift card to Chain Reaction Disc Golf Supply to pick out your next (or first) favourite disc.
WHAT TO BRING: We encourage waterproof / hiking type footwear as the course can be wet and muddy in some areas. A small hand towel can be helpful in case you need to wipe water or mud off your disc. Be tick aware and do checks are yourself and your bag after the round. Hand warmers can be handy in the early weeks.
