LEAGUE FORMAT AND MISSION✨:

First and foremost, this league is designed to build community, create lasting memories and friendships, and to give back/better the course. While I do want this league to be competitive, that is not the end goal. Players (adults 16+) of ALL skill levels are welcome. Putting others down or making others feel a certain way because you got paired with somebody "below your skill level" will not be tolerated. As we feel out the league, if we see a big gap in skill level, we may consider creating an A pool and B pool to help combat this.

FORMAT: Random Draw Doubles - Best Disc (we may have an alternating shot one week if others like that idea)

WHEN: Tuesday nights beginning April 1st
3 "Seasons"
1st Season (Spring) = April 1st - May 20th (8 weeks then a 2 week break)
2nd Season (Summer) = June 10th - July 29th (8 weeks then a 2 week break)
3rd Season (Fall) = August 19th - October 7th (8 weeks)

TIME: 6pm Tee-off - Partner draw will be at 5:45pm (please arrive early to register/pay)

THE DETAILS:
$5 buy-in (per person) / $1 Ace Pool (optional)
$3 goes to payouts each night / $2 goes back to the course
Cash payouts each night to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
Ace fund carries over week-to-week each season until an ace is hit. If there is not an ace on the last week of league, there will be a CTP throw-off to determine the winner.
There will be a CTP prize on at least one hole EVERY WEEK!
Layout will change each week (I'll make a separate post with layout schedule)
Scoring - Scores will be kept on paper score cards. Score cards must be handed in at the end of the round to get the participation point/raffle entry (see Point/Raffle System below). We will add scores to UDisc and Disc Golf Scene after each week as well.
Ties - If there is a tie for 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd place, there will be a playoff starting on hole one and continuing play until a winner is determined by the first team to win a hole.
Wildman (aka Cali/Odd Dog) - If there is an odd number of players, we will first take a volunteer for Wildman. If nobody volunteers, it will be a random draw. If you volunteer, you get one mulligan per hole. If you end up being Wildman through random draw, you get a mulligan on every throw. Note: You cannot be Wildman 2 weeks in a row.

POINT/RAFFLE SYSTEM:
This is designed to encourage participation each week and gives EVERYONE a chance at some awesome prizes!
Each week that you participate you will earn 1 point (which equates to one raffle entry).
There will be a raffle drawing for prizes at the end of each season (Spring, Summer, and Fall).
Points (raffle entries) will accumulate over the 3 seasons as well. There will be a GRAND PRIZE raffle drawing on the last day of league (October 7th)! Attending all 24 weeks of league will get you the maximum entries of 24.
