Welcome to the official 2025 Okinawa Disc Gold Club Bag Tag League! This league is free and open to all members of the Club. We're very excited to introduce this to you all.
All play is open to playing for tags including PDGA tournaments, League rounds, casual rounds, etc. (*Physical Bag tags can/should be exchanged still, but this will be the official leaderboard).
2025 SDGA Bag Tag League Rules
This is the official Bag Tag League for members of Okinawa Disc Golf Club in 2025. The league is free with paid membership into the SDGA. Physical bag tags may still be exchanged however current standing will be dictated by the digital league leaderboard.

How to enter results:
-Navigate to https://www.discgolfscene.com/leagues/2025_Okinawa_Bag_Tag_League
-Simply click on submit bag tag updates at the top of the page.
-Fill in the info including time of the match. (Time is used to make sure tags are exchanged in the correct order.)
-Admins will enter for big events like league or tourneys, but each of you can enter casual matchups or head to head challenges.
-When entering a matchup, the course and layout is not critical, but the time and date the round started is a big deal as tags are reorganized in chronological order.
-Please report matchups even if tags do not change hands.
-Ties traditionally go to the holder of the better tag.
Rules:
-Players should submit results for individual matches they play with other club members.
-Bag tags are automatically in play for PDGA Sanctioned singles events.
-Total score will be used to determine tag holders for multi round events.
-Your tags will only be in play against people playing the same layout as you.
-Players may request a bag tag match of tag holders.
-The match request must be documented on the Facebook page. The group chat cannot be used
-The tags currently held at the time of the requested match will be what is contested for.
If necessary, the bag tag match will be back dated to ensure those tags are the ones exchanged. For example, you can’t “lose” a good tag to your buddy to prevent a requester from getting the tag once the challenge has been made.
-The two should agree on a format, but the better tag gets to pick a course that is reasonable for both parties to meet and play.
-The better tagged player has 2 weeks to hold the match.
-The location and time must be posted on the Facebook page or group chat in case anyone else wants to join.
-A tag holder is only required to answer requests once every half month, but can choose to answer more if they wish.
-If there are multiple requests, then the best tag number takes priority over others for scheduling purposes.
-If you fail to honor a challenge in the manner described above, your tag will be swapped with the challenger as of you had lost the match unless you are TDY or on leave.
-If you go TDY or on leave and have a top 10 tag, please surrender it for a higher tag before leaving the country.
