LEISURE LEAGUE UPDATE - It has come to my attention that recent rounds of spring showers have flooded portions of Barboursville Park, making it unplayable.

After talking with our league administrators, we've decided to allow makeups for the final two weeks - Barboursville and Bridge - which will provide the courses an opportunity to dry out and provide safe conditions for our players.

Please turn in any outstanding scorecards to a league administrator by Sunday, April 20 by 8 PM. After that, we'll tally our results, update leaderboards and contact our winners. Please reach out if you have any questions and thank you for your understanding.

Our sixth and final week of leisure league scheduled for this Sunday, April 6, is canceled due to inclement weather. Instead, players can opt to make up their final Bridge Park round over the next two weeks.

Scores will be due on Sunday, April 20 at 8 PM. No cards will be accepted after that time. Once final scores are tabulated, we'll post them to our leaderboards and contact winners.

All participants will play to long (white) baskets with the advanced division playing from long (white) tees all others playing from short (red) tees.

Keep in mind next weekend - Saturday, April 12 and Sunday, April 13 - Putnam County will be hosting Putting the Pieces Together and Champs vs. Chumps. Those two days will not be an option for makeup rounds at Bridge Park.

I would encourage our locals to sign up for one (or both) of those events! Thanks in advance to all the folks that participated in Leisure League along with Phillip Riedel and Justin Carpenter for helping run the show. I'm really enjoyed watching a portion of our disc golf community connect over the past few weeks.
