8/14 League will take place at Gleneagles!
For the first time in half a decade, you can get a rated round at Gleneagles! Due to Outside Lands course impact, League will be moving across the city for one day, 8/14. Depending on how this goes, we may repeat at a later date.
On Wednesdays, greens fees for Gleneagles costs $20. You must pay inside the clubhouse before your round. League will cost $4 for all this week (women still only pay $2). You still must pay your League entry fee before your round.
Scott from Gleneagles has been kind enough to block off the final hour of the day for just disc golf! Be sure to thank him if you see him. FINAL TEE TIME IS 5:30p!
Gleneagles only accepts credit card or Apple pay. No need to book a tee time, but if you're planning on just showing up, it is highly recommended that you already have a group. If you'd like to make a tee time, you can do so by calling the number for Gleneagles, but you must then ask to be transferred to the clubhouse. Groups of 3 or 4 only, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please let golfers play through where possible, assuming their group is faster than yours. Keep in mind that this is a rated round, that means no extra shots, mark your disc, and tap in your own putts.
All golf greens play as OB (must be surrounded by the shortest cut of grass). All sand traps play as hazard (play disc as it lies +1 penalty stroke). The only other OBs are the property lines.
Pace of play is extremely important. I will be monitoring groups remotely, keep your ass moving!
