The Indie Circuit (Virtual League)

The Indie Circuit League is a great option for disc golfers who work shift schedules and cannot commit to a specific day of the week. Here are some key points to highlight about the league:

Flexible Schedule: The league allows players to submit weekly rounds between Sunday to Saturday, accommodating varying work schedules. This flexibility ensures that participants can find time to play and submit their rounds at their convenience. You must play and submit your round with another RDGA member.

Casual or Competitive: Players have the freedom to choose how they want to approach their rounds, whether it be playing casually or competitively. This allows individuals to participate in a manner that suits their preferences and skill level.

Training and Development: The league provides an excellent platform for players to focus on training and development. It allows participants to practice new lines, experiment with different shots, and work on aspects of their game that they might not typically explore.

Multiple Divisions: The league offers three different divisions to cater to players of all skill levels. Whether newcomers to the sport or experienced players, everyone can find their place in one of the Competitive, Semi-Competitive, or Recreational divisions.

Inclusive Participation: The league encourages playing and submitting weekly rounds together, even if players are in different divisions. This inclusivity enables individuals at various skill levels to engage in the league together, promoting a sense of community and support.

Weekly Meet-ups: The league organizes meet-ups every other Thursday at Douglas Park. These meet-ups provide an opportunity for players from all divisions to come together and enjoy a round of disc golf. Randomly created cards of four players help foster comradery and a chance to connect with disc golfers of different skill levels.

Registration player limit: Unlimited
Divisions: Competitive, Semi-Competitive, Recreational
-Division standings will be determined by a point system (based on registration/division)
Duration: May 12, 2024 to September 28, 2024
-20 Weekly Rounds
-10 Bi-weekly, optional Thursday shot-gun matches
- randomized cards - this is mandatory.
-Please note when you play and submit weekly rounds, you must play with another RDGA league member.
End of season Tournament: Saturday, September 28, 2024
