Since Leap Day is once in a four year thing, and it's the last day of our season and Year 1 . Perhaps a little celebration might be in order ? Something to help pass the time while we figure out day, season and year results. Payout the Season and Round Winners and determine the order for our bag tags which start with the new season . Heading into the Finals Next Week here is where we are for point totals over the first three seasons ( Year). Point Total will determine who gets what tag number.

In order to be eligible to CLAIM a tag you must of played TWO ROUNDS over the entire THREE SEASONS which Established a Handicap in the League. If someone above you has not claimed a tag you will MOVE UP in Tag Order. Not all individuals below have a handicap!

Claims MUST be DECLARED BEFORE MIDNIGHT FEBRUARY 28, 2024. CLAIMS ARE MADE BY CONTACTING ME DIRECTLY POSTING HERE; TEXT ; OR FACEBOOK/ FACEBOOK MESSENGER .

Tags will be distributed upon the end of Season III next week.

Also I compiled an ALL TIME POINTS LEADERS LIST (4/13/23 to 1/18/24) and based on that list I will be distributing 25 bag tags to those who chose to participate in a Tag League for Disc Beats. Initial Tags will be distributed by the point totals at time of distribution. After that it will be TAGS ARE LIVE and played for on normal round ( pre handicap) scores. Too much time and work to try to run it based on handicap scores. Buy in will be whatever the cost of the tag will be ( metal tags as they are intended to last ) but should be ~$5.00 . Caveat to buy in , is that you must have a handicap for the league ( have played two rounds at any time) . Newcomers might be able to join if all 25 tags are not taken by the current pool of 30 candidates , with a back-up pool of another 17 potential candidates. I have gone ahead and extended the season until the end of February - so nice of it to end on a Thursday this season. Which means Season IV would start after Daylight Savings goes back into effect. That gives us 16 weeks - after we see how we do with winter weather weeks I'll either do a drop n # of lowest weeks out of the 16 or not . Dependent on how many we actually play.
