Looks like the good weather we were enjoying is done. Andy showed and we got in 18 just as the rain was ending. I will probably go 2 more Wednesdays @ 5.30 and that's pushing it. We will be going to Sundays @ 9am starting November 6th with the Iceberg League. Also don't forget to come out to Painesville Recreation Park Saturday @ 9:30am for 18 holes on the temp course. Rain or shine we are a go.

Point system - You will recieve points depending on the payout! .....EXAMPLE : Bob -1 , Mickey +2 , Duane +3.......if we pay 3 spots bob would get 5 pts, mickey would get 3pts and duane would get 1pt. ... show more ›

If we decided to only pay 1 spot then bob would get 5 pts thats it! Next year I will be giving away " almost like a players packet" to the person with the most points! This will start on 5/1/12 and will end on 8/1/12.

Thanks to all who have come out this year to support our Wednesday evening scrambles it was great to see all the original group and the many who came out as new or players from other areas !! It means alot to us, as we are the only course (permanent public) in Lake County,Ohio. Tonight was the last Scramble of the season .Thanks Bob,Bill,Andy,Eric,and Mickey,for coming out,It was a nice eve,with cloudy conditions,and a nice cloudy sunset ,Congrats to Eric for the win with a sweet minus 1. for the 2 nine hole rounds. stayed tuned as we will be going to a Sunday Morning league thru the cold months. and we will be having our 2nd Ice Bowl at Osborne Jan 14 2012!!! Throw On------------ !!! Congrats to Bob Becker for earning the most points this season , he will be rewarded with a disc of his choice from North Coast Disc Tossers !!

Small turnout with only 3 teams, but agian the team of Bob Becker and Duane Koczan came from behind and won on a playoff hole with a birdie vs the team" that came in 2nd last week" Andy Morrison and Steve Serksnis! Very windy day which caused 3 or 4 disc to find its way to the lake, but what do you expect when your playing next to lake erie!!!!! See you guys next week!

Another great turnout with more new faces showing up! The team of Kevin Daney and Judy Thompson ( -8 ) walked away with 1st while Bill Savage and Bob Becker ( -5 ) beat the team of Andy Morrison and Eric "eroc216" Liss ( -5 ) in a two hole playoff to take 2nd. Agian anybody's welcome so come on up @ 6:30 !!!
