We play to have fun; all skill levels are welcome to join! Our focus is to promote the sport by providing a way for beginners and experienced players to help each other in a positive environment.

Events & donations are how we personally fund and maintain both Anson & Thornbury courses. Events happen all year Jan-Dec. Money, prizes, and points can be earned at each event. There are bonuses & incentives for those that play more frequently.

1. WHAT IS DOUBLES?
Played with a partner/team in a group taking turns from your team lie until the hole is completed. It's random draw for team selection, and we play the "best throw/lie" Doubles format.


2. WEEKLY EVENTS
Official Doubles League events alternate between our 2 courses Anson (Kennett Square) & Thornbury (Glen Mills). Doubles is Tuesday nights (feb-oct). Tags is Sunday mornings (jan-dec) & Thursday nights (feb-oct). Big Money Dubs 1st & 3rd Friday night of the month.


3. TIME (updated accordingly) - Deadline to pay & be ready to play.
--Tues 5:45p. Please don't wait until the deadline to pay.


4. PAYMENT PER EVENT (Venmo highly preferred "YourLocalSolutionsLLC", PayPal "[email redacted]")

--MEMO to use "Dubs + Event Date" - Do not use "Goods & Services" option.

--$8 if in for everything ($6 minimum required = $5 Placement payout + $1 Donation)(Optional - $1 Ace pool, $1 CTP closest to pin money payout)

7. POINTS (end-of-year bonuses for placements)

--Official Events - 5 points for finishing each Official round + 2 points for each team you beat that round.


8. BONUS END-OF-YEAR EARNINGS
$200 winners take all, no entry fee 8 players round at the end of the season for the top 6 in points available to play (random teamed) + 2 randomly selected players that play a minimum of 60% of the Tues Doubles events since they first played this season.


9. CASUAL ROUNDS
Players play Casual Doubles rounds during the week for fun & side challenges, plus Casual Tag rounds to earn better ranking and extra points. Please check in to the UDisc event when you arrive. You can create a free account by downloading the free app. If you don't have the UDisc app, you will need to mention it when you first arrive for help to create a free account without the app.
