We play to have fun; all skill levels are welcome to join! Our focus is to promote the sport by providing a way for beginners and experienced players to help each other in a positive environment.

Events & donations are how we personally fund and maintain both Anson & Thornbury courses. Events happen all year Jan-Dec. Money, prizes, and points can be earned at each event. There are bonuses & incentives for those that play more frequently.

1. WHAT IS TAGS?
Your goal is to earn a better/lower Tag # than when you started the round, #1 being the best/lowest to achieve. Our League is set up to work for those that can play both Official events or only Casual rounds w/ friends. You can play every event or only 1-2 times a year.




2. MERCH DISCOUNTS

3. WEEKLY EVENTS
Official Tag League events alternate between our 2 courses Anson (Kennett Square) & Thornbury (Glen Mills). Tags is Sunday mornings (jan-dec, traveling some Sundays) & Thursday nights (feb-oct). Doubles is Tuesday nights (feb-oct). Big Money Dubs 1st & 3rd Friday night of the month.




4. TIME (updated accordingly) - Deadline to pay & be ready to play. Please don't wait until the deadline to pay.

---Official Events - 5 points for finishing the round + 1 point for each player you earn a better/lower Tag #. Top 10 in points lose 2 points for each round missed. Tag #1-3 are tossed back in every round, others are tossed in after 2 missed consecutive rounds.

---Casual Rounds - 2 points for finishing the round + 2 points for each better/lower Tag # than you started with OR 1 point for each Tag # you stay better/lower than.

---Tag # + Points are earned at Official events or Casual rounds reported the same day. Submit Casual round scorecards, regardless of the course, immediately after your round played w/ at least 1 other 2023 WCADG Tag member. Private message them to "West Chester Area Disc Golf" on Facebook.




9. END-OF-YEAR EARNINGS
Top 10 in points get cash + a trophy, Plus 1 random player not in top 10 w/ 100+ points gets cash bit.ly/2023Tags. Remember to report all Casual rounds played with Tag members. More members means higher payouts.




10. CASUAL ROUNDS
Players play Casual Tag rounds during the week to earn better ranking & extra points to earn cash & trophies. Post on the FB Group "Anson - Thornbury - West Chester Area Disc Golf" if you want to play a casual round facebook.com/groups/ansonthornburywestchesterareadiscgolf.




11. YEARLY TAG LEAGUE FEE (once per year jan-dec)
It's only $20 to be a 2023 Tag League Member which goes toward Club/Course funding. Buy-in options to earn money/prizes at each event.

---1. CTP MONEY PAYOUT + DONATION w/ RUMMAGE CTP + ACE/EAGLE PAYOUT = $6 total covers all 5 ($2 CTP + $3 Club + $1 Ace/Eagle).

---2. CTP MONEY PAYOUT + DONATION + ACE/EAGLE PAYOUT = $5 total covers all 4 ($2 CTP + $2 Club + $1 Ace/Eagle).

---3. DONATION + ACE/EAGLE PAYOUT = $2 total covers all 3 ($1 Club + $1 Ace/Eagle). Currently $50 Ace payout & $25 Eagle payout.

Please check in to the UDisc event when you arrive. You can create a free account by downloading the free app. If you don't have the UDisc app, you will need to mention it when you first arrive for help to create a free account without the app.
