Only two strokes separated Noah Davis, Chance Troutman and Luke Spradlin-Vogelsang in the standings, as the trio took second, third and fourth, respectively, in Week 3 of the Youth Disc Golf League on Saturday at Mile Lane Disc Golf Course in Mount Savage.

Josiah Spradlin, 12, of Frostburg, earned his second consecutive league with a score of 35 over 10 holes from the short tees. Davis, 8, of Frostburg, was second (42) while Troutman, 13, of Corriganville, placed third (43) and Spradlin-Vogelsang, 9, of Frostburg, was fourth (44). Baylen Langan, 9, of Corriganville, rounded out the boys' field with a score of 58.

Lily Lick, 9, of Cumberland, won the girls' division for the third straight week, this time with a score of 64. She continued to lower her average stroke-per-hole. She shot an average of 6.4 strokes in Week 3, down from 7.67 strokes in Week 1 and 6.57 strokes in Week 2.

The Allegany County Disc Golf Club's Youth Disc Golf League continues with a 4 p.m. tee time on Saturday, Sept. 24, at Mile Lane Disc Golf Course in Mount Savage. Players can arrive at 3 p.m. for an optional hour of instruction. League play is free and open to the public.
