Think so. Was there a month or so ago and it was open. The new layout keeps off of the hills section for 18 holes. Most holes on the hill can still be played except for the 2 holes at the top where the baskets have been removed.
That is maybe what happened to be last time - I am so used to that yellow banded basket behind the school. - Thank you
