Only played once but it was fun. Glad to have some locals show us the way as there was no tee signs but over all it was fun.

Very pleased with the course. Played it a few times many, many years ago and has greatly improved. Fairways reward good shots and the rough penalizes bad shots.Only draw backs are signage and maybe some improvements to tee pads. Didn't know what to expect from the course after signing up for the Race for the Cup but really happy with the course lay out. Great job by all the volunteers and government agencies involved with this course.

Very fun course. Forehand/LHBH friendly. Technical course that requires your driving game to be spot on to shoot under. Keep defining those fairways and it will continue to grow and improve as a course. Lots of fun!

Nice course with some difficult holes and overall a fun course. Trust me I understand the hard work that it takes to keep up a course. But here are the reasons it isn't getting a higher rating...... 1- wish all 18 had concrete tee pads 2- tee signs to help locate holes w/ a distance on them 3- a course map on the kiosk would be nice (today was my 1st time there and I needed escort to find holes) 4- some walkout signs would help (or at least more paint like holes 7&8) Lastly I hope ...

been playing this course for 4 years off and on, and boy has she grown into one of the funnest courses around. stinging nettles almost require you to bring a machette, most locals do. still don't like having to throw towards BMX and kids on the weekends on 7. all but 3 tee pads are concrete. the 3 natural pads left are on the hiking/bike path. non locals can still get confused on the layout but they try to flag the path. beer is legal to drink on course. plenty of spots for a quick toke. never very crowded even on the weekends.

Vastly Improved Course!
I'm not sure I've seen another course go from "unplayable" to, not only playable, but VERY ENJOYABLE in such a short amount of time. The lack of a course map near hole #1 is disappointing but I have heard it and tee-signs are on the way. Once those are in this is an "A" course easily and a hidden gem in the Willamette Valley.

I would still recommend playing it the first time with a local so that you play the course correctly

Great course! Love the variety of shots! Looks like they are making improvements and will have concrete t-pads on all holes. Will definitely go back in the future.

Really liked this course. Great mix of holes and elevation. Could use a little more signage. I don't think I would tire of playing here.

This course is my preferred style. Trees, logs, stickers and ferns! It can be a bit rough and narrow on some fairways, but if you've got a spotter and you like a good challenge you'll have a blast. On the other hand, if you like throwing at cages in the middle of a goose poop covered field, you'll probably do yourself a favor by saving the gas for the trip. Couple ACE runs, and a few long dogleg shots with lots of mixed elevation makes this course well rounded. New (short) tee pads are a great a ...

This course has came along ways in such a short amount of time, although it can get very thick in some places, not many courses dont get thick during spring and summer, so i cant knock it for that. They just put in new concrete tee pads and i know they are working on signs as we speak! If it wasnt for some of the locals from the club (Wingers and Flingers) mainly Carl, Waterloo Brandon, and Kyle cleaning up the course all the time, some of these holes would be physically impossible to play, let ...

Good variety of forehand/backhand shots. Stay on the tight fairways and you will be rewarded, go off and bogeys can be likely. Some small elevation changes and a ton of potential with this course. Mainly wooded and technical but not a pitch and putt. the stinging nettles/black berry bushes are brutal in some areas. overall really good course, backside is a lot harder then the front.

Course is starting to get cleaned up nicely. The trees and narrow fairways make it challenging but still a lot of fun for a beginner like myself.

Nice course in the middle of no where. Kinda reminds of of a cross between woodmanse and bryant. Its not as over grown as some of the reveiw on here state, but 13, 14, 15 are pretty bushy.

I really liked the course, maybe because I didn't loose any discs thou... You'll need to bring some skill and luck to stay out of trouble here.

Concrete tee pads are very much needed!

some tight fairways. but use a spotter and you'll be good. not really a distance course good mix of technical holes and elevation.

Definitely could use a little work. Could very easily become a B+ course. Needs the most work on its tee boxes. Or should I say it needs some. You stand in slick mud for most. Forces you to try for accuracy more than power which its a good thing. Bring spotters. Favors lefties or great forehand shots. Stinging Nettle surrounds just about every fairway and green. UPDATE this course has come along way. Lots of the bush has been cleared and tee signs are now in place. All this course lacks now are ...

Great course. Technical and fun. Just keep your eye on your discs and watch out for the stinging nettles. You can pick up a map of the course at the Waterloo Store right before the park.

really think this course could be better "prepared". Too easy to lose a disc, no signs at the tees when we went last summer, need a spotter on too many holes.
