Pros: Most teepads are concrete, even with distances written in them. Just about every basket are good, double chain baskets, save maybe 2 of them. Those 2 look to be either a cheaper brand, or someone's homemade baskets.

Bulletin Board at Hole 1 has a Course Map and various other things, including some disc flight charts.

Benches/Trash Cans are pretty fairly distributed around the course. Never really had to search or wait a long time to find a can to throw something away. Benches were there for at least half the holes which is more than you can say for a lot of courses.

Every basket has a "Next Tee" arrow on them if you look at the center pole.

This is a tight fairway, wooded course. Mostly short holes, 366ft being the longest. Mostly, this is a finesse course with many birdie opportunities. While the fairways are tight, I never felt as if they were unfair or the window to hit was nearly impossible. Expect to be fighting for a bogey when you end up in the trees.

The course has a good mix of shade and open sunlight, even on an 85 degree day I did not finish my round, drenched in sweat.

All in all, a great first experience at a new course.
Cons: No Tee Signs. Often, we spent the first minute or so searching for where the basket might be.

There are a few long walks between holes that are a bit confusing. I heavily suggest either printing the course map, or like me, having it at the ready on my phone. From Hole 3 to 4, follow the road back to the parking lot, teepad is at the corner of the lot. From 5 to 6, follow the road to the left towards the baseball diamond, it's to the left of the 2 wooden fences. 12 to 13, cross in front of the pavilion, you'll see a temp teepad spray painted on the asphalt of the parking area for the pavilion. 16 is just after 15, it's teepad wasn't marked when we were there and had to ask local who kindly pointed it out to us. Look for two pretty deep divot marks. 18 is where the "old" 13 is, teepad shows hole 13. 20 is back down the road towards 19's teepad but on the left side. 21 is past the tennis courts, slightly to the right. 24 is back where 19's basket was.

The layout could use a bit of work, but after playing it once, it's not that hard to get down.

Temporary pads were about on more than a few holes, some just being a couple flags that mark the front of the teepad.
Other Thoughts: Really enjoyed taking a day to drive up from Louisville with some friends. Had a chance to meet Greg, the local club President. Was a nice guy that let us know the situation with the course. We've had a really rainy summer in KY and it's kept them from being able to make more permanent teepads and get signage in. Totally understandable.

Would definitely make the trip again for another round, even before the tournament at the end of August. The other reviewers were right, above all else, this course is FUN.
