Jesse Walker    July 24, 2015 at 10:59pm

Hey all, this is Jesse Walker. I'd like to ask everyone to keep an eye out for my discs and bags that were stolen out of my car last night. My name is on about half the 80 discs that were taken, about 12 were my daughter's discs with beatrix and my number on them. My grip bag, my wife's dynamic soldier bag and bea's pink fade bag are gone as well. If anyone has any information or sees any of these items please call me. My number is 503-881-2795. Thanks all.

Rubber tee pads for non-pavered holes are almost here so be patient on that, and wooden tee signs are in design time! We will be excited for our big Grand Opening this spring! If you haven't played here in a while, we have made a lot of good changes. From walk outs, to fair ways, to blackberry clearing and course maintenance. We have made 7 teepads out of the pavers, 3 of them made by the help of Salem Academy High school, we have 6 teepads that are rubber pads that were donated by Adair DGC in Corvallis, and only 5 tee pads left that are dirt. We have "next tee" signs on trees, cleared behind baskets and even put in alternative tee pads and pin locatio ... more

Got time to work on hole 18 at Canyonview Camp. Now if you shoot past basket you have room to putt behind basket without crawling for disc, Enjoy it.

Spent time today working on hole 16 at Canyonview Camp to get it back into shape. It's getting there but playable now. If we could get all that play our sport to donate couple hours a year to a course, we could have them all looking and playing good

Had chance to put some time in at Canyonview Camp course and trying to clean up mother nature's growth on couple holes by lake. Always plenty to do on all courses to keep them in shape.

Steve!! Great work on the pictures!! Thank you so much for coming out!

Steve Moore    January 12, 2014 at 3:55am

Thanks to those yesterday that got 6 rubber pads in place, way better then it would of been for those holes for the Ice Bowl today . Thanks to Lee helping me get them from Adair to the camp, and Willamette DG club for allowing the whole thing to happen in the first place. Great job all for helping me get that project handled.

Bravo Fellas! It was a pleasure getting to use the pads. Taking steps in the right direction for sure.

Steve Moore    December 19, 2013 at 6:31am

I'd like to put a call of assistance to a project I am involved with. I have permission and am trying to find a way to move 2 of the old framed Adair tee pads to Canyonview Camp in Silverton. They are large and heavy and would mostly require trailer or flatbed setup. Also very heavy since 1 large framed piece, would require 3-4 healthy bodies to load and unload. Hope we figure out as a disc golf community how to get this project done. Thank you in advance.

2013 Ace Race prototype disc is now the Mantis

It's official! PDGA has approved the 2013 Ace Race prototype, and it has been renamed the Mantis. All copies -- including the official Ace Race version -- are now PDGA tournament approved.

Look for an announcement soon on the release of Mantis as a stock Discraft golf disc. In the meantime, please let your players know that their discs are PDGA legal.

Thank you,
Ace Race Team
