This course was designed for beginners, however can be challenging due to neglect (untrimmed branches blocking fairways; unkempt palmettos everywhere, sometimes blocking walkways to the next hole, for example). The course is maintained by the students, but they are often more interested in the water sports offered by the adjacent lake (which only really comes into play on two holes: 1 and 12). They finally moved the shed out of the fairway on hole 1, so that's a positive. Tee pads are concrete, but small. If you can get in (with UF Gator 1 ID card), you might enjoy a 45-minute round through the palmettos, woods and wide open field on the back nine. The last few times I've been out there, I didn't see any other disc golfers, so you'll probably have the place to yourself too.
