This rating is based on winter conditions. The property is ideal for disc golf with its well forested and undulating terrain. Also, a creek that meanders throughout the course, comes in play on a few holes. Oz and Pubs designed a well thought out layout and created fair challenges. It has a nice mix of technical holes and long bomber holes. Overall, this is a fairly challenging course that is not too long but can be difficult if your not throwing accurately. I had fun and felt it was perfectly suited for my skill level and distances I throw.
