Great top tier coarse! Short and Long concrete teepads as well as top level dynamic discs baskets, both long and short basket locations too so you can play 4 different layouts. Very well maintained and it wasn't very buggy. Pin locations were phenomenal and the signage at the tees as well as signs to direct you towards the next holes were great! No water to worry about losing discs and anything off the fairway was easy to find a disc. Only thing from keeping this as an A+ was that a lot of the fairways were a little bumpy and you have to watch your footing when running up for a shot or walking without looking. Chances for skips or rollers are not likely. Other than that the coarse was absolutely beautiful, very similar to Burchfield Park in Holt. Highly recommend, made a 2 1/2 hour drive out to play it and will definitely be back many times in the future!

I will give it a plus when the grounds get a little more broke in! Right now: love the course. Has a perfect mix of bomber/touch holes. Very good mix of BH & FH throws for a right handed player. ... show more ›

Right now: love the course. Has a perfect mix of bomber/touch holes. Very good mix of BH & FH throws for a right handed player. Set up to benefit south paws as well. The rough can get very rough in a hurry. But thats to be expected on a new course with lots of trees eh.

New 18 hole course in Alma. Good, relatively flat and well designed layout that is semi technical with no water hazards. New, long cement short and long tees (holes 2, 6, 10, 15 and 17 have one tee). Short and long baskets on each hole (shorts blue, longs red and blue). Lightly to moderately wooded narrow to wide fairways, a few long field holes and overall nice variety of lines and basket placements. A couple of elevated baskets, a few with guardian trees and one (hole 9) with an old caboose next to the basket! It appears hole 17’s basket has been removed...it’s currently marked by a blue flag. Pathways and grass fairways need to be mowed and cleaned up in the middle of the course, particularly on the back 9. The roughs have long grass and foliage. So the course is still pretty raw but has the potential to be excellent. In time, navigation will be benefited by tee signs and next tee directional signs. In the meantime UDisc maps is necessary for first timers to easily navigate the course.
