This course is new, so it has a lot of room for improvement. It needs perm. cement or rubber tee pads and hole signs for starters. The layout of the course is good, though. There are many holes that cross over water or tulies so there is a GOOD chance that you will lose a disc when playing this course, unless you play very safe. I think this course could also use directional signs telling players where the next hole is, etc. With the changes I suggested above are made, this could be an "A" course. I have changed my grade from a B- to a B, because this course now has nice cement teepads for every hole and temporary signs ...
