Orenaug Park is a new-player friendly course. It makes no illusion of it being a pro level course, instead filling a need in CT for a recreational course open to players of all ages and ability levels. Don't be fooled, though, the course can be technical and help you work on your approach shots. A well-attended league takes place every Tuesday night, and two tournaments are held each year: a Spring Open, and a Turkey Trot Charity event in November.
