This is a very family friendly, mostly open course. It has some challenging holes and some gimme holes. The reason it get's such a low rating is because of the tee's. The boy scouts were given permission to put in tee's over the local club and they are awful. They are rubberized pavers. They are slick, uneven and only 2-3 feet wide by no more than 5 feet long. The ground around them is also destroyed, uneven and overall just a mud pit from digging holes for the pavers.
