Excellent challenging course. Some holes require accuracy through trees. Requires a moderate amount of hiking up and down hills. Holes 7 - 15 can be muddy if it's been raining. This course has some maintenance issues. The park maintenance dept. occasionally dumps piles of dirt and debris on the #12 fairway; making this hole still playable, birdie-able, and par-able, but more challenging. #15 basket is suspended from a tree limb and not in contact with ground. It's a great underrated jewel of a course, but off the beaten path. Definitely worth your time if the weather hasn't been too wet recently.
FOR James Cinkovich: 5 of the tee pads are painted on the asphalt roads around the park. All other tees have concrete pads. So there are no holes without good tee pads. BUT, this would only be known by locals, because there ARE navigation issues due to missing signage (thanks to vandals a few years back). I'm working toward trying to restore the signage and help the navigation issues. If you ever want to try it again, I'd be happy to do a round with you. :)
