This course has a character unlike any others in the area. Wide open and huge, yet forces shot shaping and proper execution to cash in on birdies. It's welcoming to beginners and a refreshing change for others.
As others have mentioned, an additional 9 holes could likely fit in, well hidden in the woods perhaps? Follow up the even keel design of the open holes with some well shaped risk and reward holes in the woods; Hotel Hershey could be worth showcasing with an A-tier event! Sure that's a stretch as currently it lacks much in scoring separators for top tier players, as well as tee pads, but it doesn't feel a huge stretch with a bit more vision.
As for now we have to review what it is, and some of the rough is proper rough and other bits are just awkward. The lacking tee pads are understandable and moderately commendable as pouring concrete may lock in something a bit prematurely for competitive scoring. It is at an awkward balancing point between inviting for beginners and challenging for the local ams. Beautiful maintenance and delightfully challenging to avoid the urge to stop in at Harvest for a celebratory beverage afterwards. Seriously makes you debate checking in for the night to wake up for an enjoyable stroll and the cardio from the deceptively variable elevation.

Good little 9 hole course situated on an absolutely beautiful , very well cared for piece of property. Good signage fairly well laid out. Park behind the hotel. This course could also be expanded to 18 holes fairly easily there seems to be loads of space.
