Gemmill Park is located in the town of Almonte, ON. The course is free to play. There's a mix of grass, brick, and turf tee pads. They have good baskets! You can use a disc golf cart, but IMO you're better off carrying your bag. There's a good mix of open and wooded holes. It can get a little wet on a few of the low-lying creek holes. It's one of the shorter 18-hole courses in the area, but what it lacks in distance it makes up for with technical shots. It's a great place to spend the day (e.g. play a couple rounds of disc golf, grab a bite to eat at a local restaurant, wander around the town). It's also dog friendly.

Shorter scenic course through the natural area of the park, with a mix of open and wooded holes, and a good amount of topography. Several very challenging holes, especially in the woods where the fairways are sometimes quite narrow, and considerable shot shaping is required. Tee pads are almost all installed, and signage is good. Can be a little wet/muddy in the lower areas down by the creek, depending on season and recent precipitation. Overall, a great experience!
