I am partial to this course, yes, because I helped install it and it is 7 minutes from my home. But. It really is amazing how far it has come in 7 years. To see it grow from nothing. Concrete tee pads are nearly complete (3 left at the time of this writing). The fairways have opened up and are well maintained by a great group of local volunteers. It has very challenging shots which will make you think about every throw. Good for lefties and righties alike. It’s a beautiful property with amazing views of the surrounding area.
To top it off, you can watch the skydiving take place over your head, which is something I don’t think any other course can say. Come play the Gunks. New short layout is marked.
