A nice laid out course, all par 3s spread over 8 city blocks. Has roads running between the blocks and could use some more signs. All flat, no elevation changes, a few trees, played 3 times this summer, not well manicured. They also host events in the area and then the course becomes a parking lot or campground. Close to the Mississippi river, wind can be factor. There are lots of campgrounds and State parks in the area. Beautiful scenery!
