Could be nice, but is in bad shape. The front nine is overgrown, full of trash, occupied by the homeless. Hole 3 is guarded by a tree, but so overgrown to the point of completely blocking the basket from half the green. Hole 8(?) tee pad has a tree branch hanging into the tee pad the makes a RHBH throw completely unsafe.

The new back nine is cleaner (no weeds, trash, or homeless), and more fun.

The entire course lacks signs and can be difficult to navigate if you don't “just know” where to go.

Decent design with some nice elevation and pin placements. Hole 3 has an elevated basket up a small hill. Cement pads on the main 9 hole layout. Walking paths serve as OB. Options of playing the course backwards for another 9 or the 18 hole loop. The course is definitely rough around the edges due to homeless people/shelters, trash, thorny bushes, dense foliage, high grass and no signage. The cave creek runoff drainage can get wet.

Inexpensive sport , locals put some time and $ into helping grow the sport. get some volunteers , it does not take a lot of time or $ to help ..

Front 9 has concrete pads with Mach 5 baskets. Back 9 has temp pads from sidewalks and has Brand New DD Veteran baskets. No maps, Little markings. Best to find a local to show you around. Lots of elevation and if played with OB, can be a very tough course. Course is in the canal runoff area so there could be flooding, overgrown weeds, high winds, etc. This leads to the area not being the best - there is a high chance of running into the homeless and drug addicts hanging around the park. Aside from that, this is still one of my favorite courses in the Phoenix area.
