Pros: -Layout was challenging.
-Multiple tee pads.
-Multiple pin locations.
-Good mix of wooded and open holes.
-Very little chance of losing discs in water.
-Walked the course without a map, and did not get lost.

Cons: -No tee signs. You need to bring a scorecard to know tee distances.
-Grass Tee pads. Hard surface not needed for red tees, but would be nice on longer holes.

Other Thoughts: Despite the tee pads and lack of signage, this was a fun course to play. The long tees award precision, and the short tees make you use all shots in your bag. I especially liked the uphill hole #14, and the bridge hole. Bring a map and scorecards with you so you know layout and distances for each tee pad, since there is no signage.
