This course is short, but fairly technical. The tees are mostly dirt, and can be poorly marked. Baskets are reasonable, but a couple are hard to find. Come holes are a challenge to find the first time through. It seems to be pretty uncrowded, I was the only car in the lot and the only person on the course during my play, at prime time in the afternoon.
There are two tees for each hole, not pro-am. but a different position so that 18 holes can be played.
The course is moderately to heavily wooded on the slope of a hill. There is a fair amount of undergrowth, but it is (at present) short and in clumps. It isn't difficult to find your shot if you don't go wild.
