Positives: Challenging design, requiring a wide variety of shots. Makes the best out of a simple location.
Course is navigable without a map; Long pads have detailed signs.
Negatives: Short pads need real signs, not laminated printer paper with minimal information.
No water shots; water is never even visible from any hole.
No elevation shots, whatsoever; everything is flat land; no structures used(artificial or natural) to add character to the course.
Ends very redundantly: 16, 17, and 18 are pretty much the same holes and just fill in to get you back to the beginning.
Baskets need arrows or markers to point to next pad.
Course benefits from its reputation of being designed by a pro, but should not be considered a top 50 course in Florida, let alone the #19 it currently holds.
Worth playing, but wouldn't go out of the way for it.

Pros;
- beautiful park along the bay,
- a mix of par3s, par4s and 2 par 5s,
- a variety of challenges - technical, one water hole, long holes, open holes,
- tee signs and benches on every hole.
Cons;
- The four open holes (1,16,17,and 18) the fairway grass was not cut making it hard to find your disc,
- the cement tee pads were not large enough and most raised too high,
- hole 8 - no real lanes for your up shots,
- hard to navigate.
