A Lawrence Spencer Nov 7 Great course. Variety of shots to throw. May be hard to navigate for newbies.
A+ Ryne Hester Mar 27 Amazing course with multiple level of difficulty.
A Alex Hertzog Aug 15 This is my home course and even still I love to play here. With 2 layouts and Am and Pro pars for both, it provides a playable experience for all. This is one of the prettiest course in Louisiana, at least top 5 prettiest.
A- Paul ONeill Aug 15 Good course. Large tee pads, multiple baskets for each hole, good mixture of long open holes and tighter wooded shorts. Some elevation here and there. Great wed. Night Doubles at 6.

I'm a newbie, so to be fair, I haven't been to enough courses to really be able to assign a grade. That said, as others have commented, there is absolutely no way a first-time player can go to this c ... show more ›
B Angel Gilbert Aug 15 The course has since been redone. though it is long it is much easier to navigate and you can actually place all 18 holes now.
C- Curtis Anderson Aug 15 C'mon BREC!! This course should be in better shape than this. No markers ANYWHERE! Just gotta guess where the tees are based on the bare spots! And this is the only public course in BR? Yes I know about the ones in Baker and Zachary (they dont count, although they fall under the BREC umbrella)
C+ Brodie LeJeune Aug 15 This course is very fun to play with its elevation changes and long tees. But, the course is IMPOSSIBLE to navigate without a map or asking someone where to go. If highland would put signs for the tee box and directions to them, this course would be amazing
B+ Scott Walsh Aug 15 Just some tee pads and signage away from being a great course. The long tee drives have good balance between distance and obstacles. The use of elevation sets it apart from the other courses around Baton Rouge.
B Bryan Oubre Aug 15
I really like the course and it's a great challenge. However, the course is poorly marked so I'm not giving it an A. I've been playing it since there were signs at every hole, so I still know it. B ... show more ›
