All the left over discs from last year's Chain Shot are gone. CTP's will now be cash payout. CTP cash is donated money and the only thing you need to do is be in the $1 ace fund and you are automatically in the 2 CTP's. CTP's are hole 1 and 8 at $10 each. Ace fund is now at $158+. Been getting good turnouts.

Registration is now open for the 2017 MVP Circuit Challenge at Young's Run DGC. $30 for 3 discs plus additional swag. There will be 2 rounds of play. One from long tees and one from shorts. There will be a break for lunch after 1st round has been completed. Prizes will be awarded per round for each level of play as well as grand prize overall lowest score. Total prizes available tbd based on turnout. The first 25 players who register on or before May 1st will be entered into a bonus CTP with a prize valued over $50. There will be 2 additional CTP, one each round for bonus gear. $5 will get you into both and is available to pay through registration. There will be 2 rounds of singles play as well as mini games for additional prizes. Will have men's, women's, and juniors divisions. More players will mean bigger prize pools. The Ohio State Parks will have a short 3 hole course (Thanks to Innova) set up at the fairgrounds. Myself and other disc golfers from State Parks all over Ohio will instruct people how to play and the basic fundamentals of disc golf. This could be a huge promotion for disc golf. Please spread the word!

Disc golf friends, I am desperate need of help at Westbranch (The Grassman) 9 holes are installed but a little more cleaning up need done on the front.



The back 9 is where i need the most help. Over than past few months myself and a park worker have been cutting and trimming on the back 9 so we can get the baskets put in by the end of April. I need help clearing the fairways of all the trees and brush we have cut down. I will be going out on Saturday April 5th at 9am to work. I’ll be out there most of the day.



I plan on maybe grilling up some hot dogs for lunch. And at some point playing the front 9 and using my travel basket to play some of the back 9.
