The baskets and tee pads are brand new and nicely installed. Putting rocks under the mats for drainage was a welcome surprise. Overall though, the course lacks much variety or obstacles. A few holes have some small trees, but most are just long wide-open shots. It was noticeably windy while I was there, and I'm assuming because there's not much to break up wind, it will usually be so. I'd say the wind is your biggest obstacle. In a few years after some tree growth it could become slightly more challenging but will still be pretty open. There is a lot more distance than I expected, which was kind of nice. As noted before, there are maps available at the office. I wouldn't go too far out of your way for this one. We were already down in Vicksburg, and wanted to cross this off our list. I definitely wouldn't suggest traveling JUST to play this course.

Not a bad little course. Has Chainstars and Fly Pads. Tough to navigate but they do have maps in the office. Couple REAL shorty's but the others are around 250-325. This course would be real tough if you played with OB's and mando's. Hole 3 is probably the signature hole. It's one of those courses where you play it just to say "Yes there is a course there and it's not to bad. You should try it."
