This course was all uphill for the most part. I lost one disc due to a terrible throw but the tall grass does make it difficult. The course is pretty solid. Longest hole was 490. Lots of variety. If someone took a weed wacker to the course it would be an A. I don't agree with the $6 payment due to the grass being so long but if your looking for a good course in Berkshire county this is your best bet. Also GRAB A MAP OR ELSE YOU WILL BE LOST. Enjoy!

This course was fun to play. This course can be very difficult with high winds because it will grab and throw your disk. The footing on this course is all sloped so it makes it hard to throw out of the fairways. There are a couple holes the course paperwork tell you to have spotters listen to it because the trees on a few holes are very thick and it is easy to lose a disc. Hole 17 is not a fun hole the rest are pretty well laid out. The tee boxes need to be firmed up a bit because there is short runs to get long drives. With playing on a slope the tee boxes are really important to get a good long drive.

Apparently there is not enough membership or players at this course for them to afford to mow more than a small fairway to each pin. There are a lot of rough areas where it's very easy to lose a disc. I ended up finding 3 while playing over the weekend. If they were to take a weedwhacker out and do a bit more grooming and mowing, this course would move up to a B. Maybe higher with better tee-pads. It makes sense to not have perfect tees as this is a temporary summer course, but instead of fixing them after the tournament they just dumped more loose gravel on them, making footing even more difficult. Get a membership and show your support, and hopefully we will see a better maintained course next year.

Update: Although it's the offseason, I must admit that Bousquet had worked a ton on the course, mowing, weed-whacking and improving the tee-pads for the collegiate qualifying held there. The course has thus improved IMO from a C to a B. If it stays maintained like this through the summer, it might just become an A.
