First off when you head to these courses there is a $5 parking fee due to a swimming area (only pay during the summer) which I suggest you take when you're finished playing. After you pay for parking there is a bulletin board to the right. Grab a map. You'll want to use it. Second, there are over... I wanna say 50 holes so start early if you plan on playing all 3 courses. And third, bring bug spray (ticks everywhere) and a pair of swimming shorts to swim afterwards. Best 1 out of the 3. A variety of everything from wooded to open field from short and long holes. It's got everything you want. The pads are arrowed out when you throw so it gives you a general idea where to throw or where the basket is at. Most days it is windy there so prepare for a bit of a challenge. View is great of course. You see the lake everywhere you go. You don't see many people go to these courses so if you're looking for a get away, this is the place. Holes are marked yellow.

awesome course lot of trees, technical tight routes, big open downhill/uphill shots, over water, around the water, saw deer, snakes. frogs, jumping fish, lizards and pulled off about 8 ticks. minus the Lyme disease i loved this course, a little cemetery is located near hole 2 with 160 year old graves maybe only 20 headstones in a white little fenced in area. the fairways (when applicable) were very well distinguished, tall grass was thick could lose a disc fairly easy if not played correct.

Overall like Beaver Creek. A bit hilly and curvy though. Pads are circular which is odd. Bring a camera... you'll love the last hole when you get to it. Marked mostly white. Will be hard to keep track ... show more ›

Will be hard to keep track of where the next hole is. Lots of tall grass so drive it carefully in the fair. I saw a skunk. Wildlife is thick in smithville. You will see deer too. No signs for the pads to keep track of the next hole so use the map near the parking fee toll.

My 1st course. My baby. The only thing wrong with this course, is that it isn't closer to me. This is what I image the sport of Disc Golf becoming. It is the biggest and most challenging course on the property by far. Although, in my design plans, I wanted the current set up to be the easy set up. If we ever get to do some of the things the original P&R set forth to pull off, this could become one of the top courses in the state of Missouri. I pray one day we get the chance to take it to the next level. Please do me a favor and enjoy!
