Mcdill Pond is a fun little course to play - EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE. Some of the holes are enjoyable, while others seem to be simple "fillers". My largest complaint with this course is the tee pads. Although all of the tees have rubber mats in place, the foundation underneath most of them is so eroded that it is often better to just throw from the dirt path off to the side. The other issue at this course is the vandalism. Basket 5, in fact, is typically missing the bottom ring that holds the chains in place. aside from the first and last hole, there is not much distance, however, the technicality necessary for a decent shot makes up for it via woods and elevation. Since it is in town, the course is typically very busy. There has been recent discussion, however, of this course being pulled due to dredging of the pond and/or littering.
