Course is not maintained at all. Grass up to your knees, no visible trails or path, no signage for any of the holes, no permanent tee pads, rusted cages and not only tall grass but everything is overgrown. Took 6 hours to play 27 holes with 4 people. Ticks, Fire Ants, Wasp and like I said before, not one mowed area. I'll try again in the summer and hope they just maintain it then.

A beast of a course, 27 holes, but gettable. A good variety of long bomb par 4s to placement shot par 4s to technical par 3s. Some holes have a real risk/reward factor, fun elevation shots downhill and uphill, and some death putt greens. I highly recommend playing here, be ready for at least a 3 hour round with a good amount of hiking. And yes, this course is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but well worth the drive out. I give it an A+ for quality layout and difficulty (IMO, the more difficult the course, the higher rating it deserves).

This is the promised land! Camping is 20$ or pay a green fee of 6$, as remote of a location as this is and the 3plus hours it will take you to play. Camping is the only logical conclusion. This was one of the best times I’ve ever had. We had the course and the campground to ourselves. The course was extremely long and challenging as well as secluded and peaceful. I recommend this course to all real believers that worship the disc gods as I do! The clouds parted and the sun shines down on this mountain peak in northern ca. The gods have blessed us with this diamond. Weak hearts, body’s and minds not recommended. For all else Finnon is a must!!!
