Nice, Relaxing Scenery. No fee in Delaware. Enjoyable elevation changes. Not crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Extremely hard to navigate. I spent a lot of time looking for next tees and having to backtrack because I had walked in the wrong direction. I had a map and was still lost on holes 6, 8 and 13. I am definitely an amatuer and have no arm whatsoever. A 250' foot drive is an especially good one for me. That being said, I still enjoy a challenge and some of my favorite courses are said to be truly tough. I really enjoyed the course overall and had fun playing through the scenery. However, I became frustrated at times with so much distance on the holes and felt I had to play the gold tees because they were easier to find. Adding to the frustration was the inability to navigate well and, for me anyway, definitely dampened my experience. I did, however really enjoy a few holes and 3 and 12 really stand out despite having lost a disc to the creek on my approach @ 12. The wooded holes, though very few, were also nicely placed and enjoyable. The maintenance was good for a mid fall day with a lot of down leaves. Not many other players around, but alot of dog walkers and joggers. Had to keep an eye out for them as they were apt to cross fairways often. Carousel is a nice course overall and I look forward to playing through again soon in hopes the experience is better because of some famialiarity with the layout.

Great long open course with awesome elevation changes and multiple challenging tee locations make it interesting. Bring your hiking shoes cuz this is no short round such as white clay. Woodland holes make for challenging tee shots that demand accuracy. Tees and layout signs could use improvement. Great course that is beginner friendly. Big bombers welcome the long fairways.

Awesome. Started playing this course when it was only halfway done like 11 holes or so that started on current hole 6. Keeps getting better and better. The full layout is epic, serious bomb after bomb but several holes that dip back in the woods to test youre accuracy as well. I really love ripping a putter on hole 12 and trying to park by the creek. This course is similar to B-wine in that it is open with elevation changes, but really ups the anty with the addition of the wooded holes, even longer hole distances, and even water hazards to keep you throwing every shot in your bag. Big rollers are a definite plus on several holes at Carousel. Great place to practice them (except near the pond as it turns out). I rated this course as A- only because it still has room for improvement in the tee department and maybe some better signs too. Also, the trails at carousel sometimes cross right into the fairway, I've had some close calls with oblivious joggers. However, Carousel doesn't really sport any rough per say on most of the holes, so despite its long distances it should be pretty friendly to beginning players. This and Iron Hill are Must-Play courses if you are in DE.

Super fun, but hard to play casually or if your attempting to get a quick round in before dark. Easy to loos plastic in the summer. A great course that challenges your ability to strength physically as well as mentally when attempting to put a good round together. My friends Revolution bag was stolen off the course during a round here 2 months ago, so be warned of shady individuals, and don't leave your items unattended, even if your headed in the woods to grab a disc. Could use better tee signs and pads, but that's minimal if you know where your going. Great course to improve your game and show others what the area has to offer the disc golf community.

this is one of the courses that really will put delaware on the disc golf map! it is a very wide open and long course with crazy elevation changes. it is fee free and man it is the course that most delawarians were waiting for. it allows you to have that huge mountain feeling distance course without the drive to get to it. two sets of tees and two sets of pin placements. if your coming to delaware this is a must see course. its right in the middle of the north end of the state and is so close to so much more golf.
