It's hard to give this course even a c- but I feel it's not fair to give it less as there is nothing wrong with it. That said there is really nothing right with it either.
It is a school course only 12 holes long, could easily have been made 18. There are really no holes with any challenge it is basically a par 3 pitch and putt course. No water in play, few trees and a confusing walk from hole 9 to hole 10. Add to it, grass tees, a hindrance of being unable to play when school is in session or team practices are going on, and the complete lack of challenging holes and it's not a must visit course at all.
That said it is a great place to take little kids who are just learning as it is very short for distance, very few obstacles to avoid and at the end there is a nice little park they can play on.
