Okay, this course is fun. lots of elevation changes and the pins play with the slopes of the hills. Have not played here while school is in session, so i have not run into any crowds. its about 50/50 in the woods. has some challenging doglegs and some challenging long straight shots. The downsides... No maps. i created my own after finding the baskets and printed them out for the board for a while. If you have no map, you will not find them all. other than that its pretty good.

This is a great course. I attend Mars Hill College and I get the chance to play whenever I have free time, but I wish the campus would put signs at the tee pad to show what the hole does. People that do not know the course like I do would have a hard time knowing where to go on the course. This course has long, short and medium holes with different difficulties. The back 9 has tight wooded fairways and a couple of wholes to unleash some long drives. The front is a little more open and shorter than the back over all. But watch out for the elevation changes and the fairways; one wrong shot and you could be going down the hills OB. Good luck and come out and play this course!
