Played the 3.0 version of this course after two holes were moved because of some major erosion. Having played it fresh, it was the most enjoyable couple of rounds I have played at this park. The holes seem to get more challenging each version. I was happy to see the long par 3 (old hole nine) get changed to a respectable par 3 length. The other hole changes made sense and it now plays even better! Hope the city can get the erosion under control so we have this course for more generations to enjoy.

Osborne is where I learned how to play disc golf last year. I love hole 1 being a backhand thrower 75% of the game, allows me to do nice anhyzer shots! My best score so far is even par for 9 holes regular tees. Thanks to Ninja, aka Bill savage, he gave me my first putter and since this spring i bought a nice fade crunch box and a champion plastic groove 175gram. I love this game and the confidence it brings to me. Keep on Discing!

I wish I lived closer to this park as I would be playing it ALL the time.
I love hole # 4, just wish the basket was positioned in a different position than it was when I played this course. I'd love to see the basket position near the point of on of the "Break WWWWWWWW" all pointed area where if you missed your shot would be down on the beach area. I wish I could explain this better. But I think this hole is one of the most challenging holes in Ohio. And I'm a LHBH player and I would throw my drive over the break WWWWall and have it dart back towards the basket.

Pros
- Plenty of parking
- Very nice water park with slides, pavilions, playground, swings, basketball, soccer, tennis, baseball and football fields
- Entrance is marked by the park sign
- Natural Tees are in decent shape but Tee #2 can collect water when the waves breaking inland
- Very nice Tee Signs
- Baskets are in good condition and well labeled
- The upkeep seems decent. The grass was well cut and the weeds were cut in the wooded area.
- Even though there is a beautiful view of Lake Erie, the landscape and scenery is otherwise boring and flat
- Lake Erie provides a fun obstacle for Holes #2, 3 & 4, especially on a windy day!
- Low traffic by both disc golfers and locals
- Trash cans located at parking area. The course is very clean.
- There’s a bench to take a break overlooking the lake

Cons
- There is a kiosk back by the disc golf course which is a long walk from the parking area toward the water but there is nothing at the parking area telling you where to go from there to find the course
- No map provided. It would be handy not only in navigating the course for the first time but simply finding the course.
- A little too open and bland. You get to throw some long bombs and test your distance discs in the wind but this course has too many plane wide open shots with nothing in between you and the basket but a breeze.

Other Thoughts
- The flow is neither a Pro nor a Con. The actual course does flow pretty good but Hole # is so far from the parking area and Hole #9 ends hundreds of feet from Hole #1 making you have to walk back toward #9’s Tee to play another round.
- The course has 5 holes that are over 300’, one of which is currently listed as 410’, so the overall distance for this course at 2767’ is decent, but I wouldn’t put it as a Pro.
- Excellent place to practice your windy putts and drives. The wind off the Lake is very strong and knowing how to throw in it is no small thing.
- Holes #3 & 4 are difficult because they are along the lake and on a windy day there is the risk of a shanked drive taking a dip. But the most challenging hole is Hole #8. Very short, only 196’ but there is a sharp turn to the right in the small wooded area.
- Good place to bring a beginner as long as it’s not windy.
- I guess Hole #4 is my favorite. /meh
- This is not a destination course to travel too but I’m glad that I got to see it. It is a fun course to hit but if I’m in the area again I will just hit Sims. I would consider hitting this course again if I bring my family for the lake view, a round of golf, and maybe lunch and water slides.

average course that might be better if they had other holes...it's hard to rate a 9 hole course higher than a C, but this is honestly one of the better ones i've played. on the first four holes you must contend with lake erie, and there is a good possiblity of losing a disc. hole # 2 is nice with the basket halfway up the hill that leads down to the lake. away from the lake on the next three, more distance is needed, but they are generally open. the last 2 are in the small wooded area of the park and are the most technical of the 9. no concrete pads is a drawback, as footing can be iffy. the flow is generally easy to follow, but beware of other parkgoers, as they don't always pay attention to where they are going. baskets are in good shape, and each hole has signage that shows the hole, always a bonus. worth playing if you're in the are along with Sims Park, which is only 20 minutes west on Lakeshore, for a nice 30 hole day.

Good course just to get out and play, #1 basically a str shot with trees all around , but unless you throw a bad shot your fine. #2,3 and 4 you need to becareful you have lake erie on your left " very close " keep your disc to the right the wind off the lake will always change your disc ! #5 Your throwing right at a old historic tree thats about 260 , basket is on the otherside of the tree. #6 throwing past some trees with alittle dogleg left not much but it is actually a tricky hole. #7 Just rip it!!! open field nothing is in your way, #8 this hole doglegs right , its 189 feet all trees keep it low and your fine. #9 starts out in the woods then open up around 5 big trees , get a str drive and your fine , but dont throw to your right or your in some heavy woods.

So hole 1 now starts at the back of the park! Entrance off Eaglewood. Hole 1 is a 168' dogleg right (on or over road OB, drop zone marked). After crossing the road Hole 2 throws strait with woods on the left 229'. Hole 3 is down the hill and along Lake Erie. throws right and up a hill 252'. Walk along lake to hole 4 which is up the hill now away from the lake. A tree on the right makes it a tough drive 368'. Hole 5 now throws along the tree line at the east side of park 329'. Hole 6 runs along the pedestrian trail south 382'. Hole 7 now throws from the path west toward the woods 252'. Hole 8 is west of the tennis court and throws through a very tight wooded area 275'. Hole 9 is the wooded hole that doglegs left into the woods by the course sign 265'. Hole 9 now finishes by the sign. Erosion has forced us to change it yet again. All par 3.
