Decent course for a 9 hole layout. Read some reviews before playing and they were spot on. Difficult to find the first hole, and the flow in the beginning of the course seemed a bit off. Once you got to hole 5, it was easier to follow. Some cool holes with snug fairways, but the pars seemed generous on the longer ones. Baskets had some very rusty chains, and the tees were somewhat short, but the land used was decent for a course in a sports park with a lot of other possible activities that could be going on. Took the wife and kiddo here after being told it was somewhat beginner friendly, and frankly...I don't agree with that. When I think beginner friendly I think holes under 300 feet. Most were longer. Signature hole was hole 8, with a blind shot down a hill over a creek that was given a generous par 5. I had an albatross shot after clearing the creek on my drive that hit the top of the pin, so I settled with an eagle lol. Wish I had time to hit a better course when I was in the area, and next time I am, I would probably pass on this one to play something with 18 holes and more realistic pars. And better tees and newer baskets.
