Pros: Nice piece of property with maybe the best views in Vermont. Layout is fun, good variety of shots.
Cons: Natural & loose gravel tee pads. Low quality baskets (some single-chained). Navigation, some holes had arrows to next tee pad, some didn't.
This review is early in 2026. Back-9 is brand new. Things will get better as Ian & co. continue to put work into it.
