After some initial trouble finding the start of the course (Tee 1 is on Black Hawk Trail, near where it leaves the park heading North, hopefully since corrected on Google Maps), we had a great time at this course. Tee boxes and signage are all pretty clear -- although the walk between some holes can be very long, so it's helpful to check the UDisc app to make sure you're on track.
Hole 1 is a wide open 300-foot shot across a field that is a deceptive start to a course that is mostly wooded before opening out a little on the back 9 with some more open field shots, and even some sand and grass. It's a very fair course and most of the holes are pretty short distances with clear lines to follow, so very beginner-friendly. There's good variety with pin placements and uphill and downhill baskets, and one with a challenging but fair double-mando, and a long cross-field shot on #16. Overall, a really fun course I'd definitely return to!
